Boxborough Paper Town Set for September 15

Better yet, admission to Woodstock was (unintentionally) free (Woodstock poster).

Always a collector's favorite, Boxborough Paper Town will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2018. Subtitled "The Vintage Paper, Book & Advertising Collectibles Show," you will find all sorts of paper collectibles, along with some other types of material. Promoter Flamingo Eventz notes that you will find all sorts of things, "from classic ephemera to books, board games, postcards, advertising, classic vinyl, and more."

Would you like to know even more about what you can find? Flamingo has provided a partial list, and if you cannot find anything you like here, you can't possibly a collector. Here is the list - "Advertising Covers, African American, Americana, Architecture, Art, Art Deco, Auctions, Autographs, Aviation, Baseball, Books, Bibles, Black History, Black Power, Calendars, Calling Cards, Christmas, Circus, Civil War, Cook Books, Charts, Children’s Books, Cocktails, Design, Dogs, Die Cuts, Documents, Engineering, Engraving, Ephemera, Erotica, Esoterica, Fantasy, Fashion, Fishing, Floridiana, Folklore, Folk Music, Foreign Language, Furniture, Games, Gardens & Horticulture, Graphics, Historic Documents, Horses, Hunting, Illustrated Books, Interior Design, Japan, Judaica, Letters, Logbooks, Manuscripts, Maps, Maritime, Medicine, Middle East, Military, Modernism, Music, Native American, Natural History, Nautical, Naval, New York City, New York State, New Jersey, Novelties, Olympic Games, Pacifica, Photographs, Photography, Pochoir, Polar, Pop-Ups & Movable Books, Poetry, Postcards, Posters, Presentation Copies, Presidential Archives, Press Books, Prints, Pulitzer Prize Winners, Psychedelica, Puppetry, Puzzles, Railroad, Reference, Revolutionary War, Russia, Scholarly, Science, Science Fiction, Sports, Sporting, Technical, Theatre, Theology, Trade Cards, Trade Catalogues, Travel & Exploration, Travel Brochures, Typography, U.S. Coastal History, Vanity Fair Prints, Valentines, Voyages, Watercolors, Whaling, Wine, Yachting. They add one more point - "Be sure to check our website, FlamingoEventz.com, for complete details and easily downloaded discount coupons."

The show will be held at the Boxborough Regency Hotel & Conference Center (formerly the Holiday Inn) at 242 Adams Place. Boxborough is located west of Boston. If Paul Revere had kept riding after stops at Lexington and Concord, he would have been able to warn the people of Boxborough too. Alternatively, you can take the Mass. Turnpike west to I-495, and then north to exit 28. Hours are 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Along with the dealers and their wares, appraisals will be available by John Bruno of Market Warriors from 12:00 - 2:00.
