Fifteen New Catalogues Reviewed This Month

This month we have 15 new catalogues to review. The George S. MacManus Company offers a catalogue of travels and exploration, with an American tilt. Hordern House features early travels and voyages mainly in the Pacific, taking them from Asia to the west coast of America. Douglas Stewart Fine Books has travels, along with art and a spectacular collection of early Peruvian material.

 

Speaking or art, Librairie Michel Bouvier features books notable for their artwork. John Windle Bookseller has a selection of works from William Blake, along with many other excellent books. Lorne Bair Rare Books has graphic arts from radical movements. The William Reese Company offers a selection of artwork with connections to books.

 

Phillip J. Pirages Fine Books and Manuscripts has books, manuscripts, and single leaves to offer. Peter Harrington presents 50 exceptional books and manuscripts. Librarie Thomas-Scheler features an excellent selection of antiquarian European books. Sotheran's is celebrating 200 years in London with 16 very special books.

 

L & T Respess books offers a selection of Americana. Gene W. Baade Books on the West has material related to the American West. The Brick Row Bookshop features literature, poetry and more. Aleph-Bet Books has over 500 items once for the children, now for adults.
