Lot Note

The first sheet extends from Boston to Portsmouth via Newburyport. The second continues from Kittery to Falmouth in Casco Bay and New Casco. A rule-border has been supplied to contain a title which somehow never got beyound the word "A". The final sheet covers the route between Brunswick and Penobscot Bay, via Pownallborough (ie. a reduced version with less detail of the adjacent lot).Provenance: by direct descent from Sir Francis Bernard, governor of Massachusetts.
