Pangloss Books was located in Harvard Square, Cambridge, Mass. from 1957- 1998. Pangloss Books was described by the London Times as "the best scholarly antiquarian bookshop in America." We are now located in the south of France.
We maintain almost no inventory as virtually 90% of our acquisitions are sold in short order to collectors, dealers, and institutions.
We are very active and a surprising amount of quality material still passes through our hands.
