Established in 1965, we carry a very large stock of Literary and Allied First Editions and Out Of Print Periodicals dating from 1800, and including many collectable Antiquarian Books. Both first editions and periodicals are mainly British and American but other countries are represented. We possess substantial collections of the work of major and minor authors and poets with some specialisation in War Poetry. Our more substantial collections include Burgess, Greene, Dylan Thomas, Waugh, Powys, Joyce Cary, Auden, Yeats, Spender, Le Carre, Dunsany, T H White, John Osborne, Fry, G B Shaw, etc. Periodicals are available in complete files, runs or single issues. Examples of our more complete periodicals include Adelphi, London Mercury, Cornhill, New Verse, Windmill, Twentieth Century, Yellow Book, Paris Review, Blackwoods, Criterion, Listener, New Statesman, Poetry Review and Chapbook, etc., with many small press and privately printed publications. Payment upon receipt to established clients. A proforma invoice will be sent to new private customers. Carriage/post at cost. All parcels are insured and sent at the cheapest current rate unless a faster service is requested. We will conform to the billing requirements of established institutions.
