All items are fully guaranteed to be as described. If any item is determined to be misrepresented, please contact us within 10 days of its arrival and the item may be returned (in the same condition as when shipped) for a full refund including all shipping costs. Returns for any other reason are acceptable, in which case a credit will be issued for the purchase price only. Actual shipping costs (we do not charge for packaging or handling), insurance, and any applicable taxes will be added to the invoice. All items are shipped within two working days.
