I operate postally from, and by prior appointment at, my home in the historic, picturesque and almost Paradisal Yorkshire Dales and have extensive experience and contacts throughout the Trade, London, provincial and overseas, retail and auction. I am available to advise on, and assist in, the acquisition, appraisal, cataloguing, conseration and dispersal of libraries, collections and individual items and offer lectures,causeries, masterclasses and seminars on all aspects of Bookmanship. I cover auctions, including the more out-of-the-way sales where serendipitous bargains may be had and very much welcome commissions to bid (I am also happy to advise on, and/or arrange and co-operate in, disposals). I have built up a speciality of winkling out out-of-print and hard-to-find customers' wants and of discreetly and appropriately rehoming items and material of literary, bibliographic or provenace interest. I undertake consultancy, research and bibliopolar exploration and sleuthing.
