The Book Shed is used and antiquarian open shop carrying about 20,000 volumes in all areas. We are located in Rutland County, Vermont, near Lake Champlain in the neighborhood of Ticonderoga, Mount Independence, Crown Point, and the Hubbardton Battlefield. Of our stock 4500 volumes are available on line at our website, www.thebookshed.com, as well as ABE Books, Alibris and Amazon. A special interest is British Fiction & Literature of the 20th century, especially the works of the Brideshead Generation, featuring A Dance to the Music of Time, Anthony Powell's twelve novel masterpiece. We are always buying books in these areas.
